The house is fitted with a 24 hour security alarm system, monitored by ADT:

Master Suite One 6ft 6" king size bed, walk in closet, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, floor plant and excellent large bathroom with garden tub, oversized walk in shower, double basins and separate WC.
Master Suite Two 5ft queen size bed, double closet, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, bedside table, floor plant, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone. Ensuite with large oversize shower, WC and basin with door leading to the pool area.
Twin bedrooms three and four both with large closets and a chest of drawers and beside table: one room is themed in Disney with a Minnie and Mickey mouse waiting to be cuddled!
There are extra pillows, linens and laundry baskets provided.
The Great Room has large comfortable sofas with cable TV, video recorder/player, floor plants and excellent views of the pool area. A ceiling fan is provided for cooling breezes. There is an array of books (including children's) for you to borrow as well as plenty of family games.
Kitchen is open plan and fully fitted with a large larder and many modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, bagel/regular toaster, blender, plus cupboards fully laden with crockery, glasses, plastic pool ware and oodles of cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a CD player with cassette and radio functions.
Breakfast Nook comfortably seats four with a wall mounted telephone; and provides the perfect place for sunny breakfasts overlooking the pool.
Dining Room overlooks the pool area, an excellent place for formal dining seating up to eight with floor plants and console table.
Living Room sits five comfortably and provides a relaxing environment for reading and conversation. The living room houses a queen sleeper sofa (5ft wide), coffee table and reading chair with lamp and a small closet adjoining for guests using the sofa bed.
Laundry Room a separate room, keeping noise to a minimum, housing a large washing machine, oversized tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, fire extinguisher, ironing board, iron and wooden drying frame.
Entrance Hall with 24 hour security alarm system which is monitored by ADT. Coat hooks and entrance mat.
Pool The pool (26 ft x 13 ft) provides an excellent venue for sunny days and balmy evenings. Two outdoor fans are situated under the shade of the lanai to give cooling breezes. Pool towels are provided. The pool is south facing giving sun all day with excellent sunsets and views of hot air balloons regularly taking off close by. The pool is approximately 0.8 to 1.6 metres (2'8" to 5'6") deep.
A hosepipe, brush and net are provided to keep the area clean and retrieve unwanted items that have accidentally fallen into the pool.
If you take the option of pool heating, you can expect the water to be around 84oF to 90oF.
For you and your child's/children's protection, alarms are fitted to ALL villa doors leading to the pool area.
Garage excellent oversized double garage to keep your cars cooler in the summer. Trash bins and cleaning products can be found here too.
Plus weekly landscaping/ lawn cutting, weekly pool clean/chemical check and excellent 24 hour management care during your stay. Twice weekly trash collection (Monday and Thursday).
Extras we also have a crib/cot, highchair, toddler safety bedrail and roll-away bed for hire.
